Custom Made Product Policy
ONTHEKORNER offers custom made products tailored to your specific needs. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on our custom made products.</p>
A mandatory 50% - 100% deposit is due upon placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon pick up.
Changing/Cancelling your custom order:
To alter your order in anyway including but are not limited to (design changes, Colour changes, additional pieces) you must notify ONTHEKORNER within 24 hours from the time the order was placed via email to make these changes. Under certain circumstances the customer may be subject to pay a re-stocking fee. Production will not commence without written approval.
Rush orders are considered to be (48 hours or less) are subject to approval and a rush fee of 50% of the total order. Changes to the order are not permitted due to the time constraints. Due to a fast production time ONTHEKORNER assumes no responsibility due to customer negligence who fo fail to comply. Please contact customer service to confirm the availability of rush orders.

Special order garments are subject to availability:
Under these circumstances ONTHEKORNER has full rights to fufill the order using garments of equal value without notification. Design placement/size on the garment will be of industry standard measurement unless otherwise noted. Color matching cannot be gaurentted & ONTHEKORNER will not be held liable for any color discrepancies. ONTHEKORNER has a strict policy of NO REFUND but we will redo order to correct any mishaps done by us. To do so, please contact customer service. Old merchandise has to be returned at the customers expensive before corrections will commence.
BYOG(Bring Your Own Garment) Service:
ONTHEKORNER reserves the right to refuse BYOG service. No warranties are implied and warranties from suppliers are voided when using this service. ONTHEKORNER will not be liable for any defects & damages during the printing process and after service for garments provided by the customer including but are not limited to (stains, ink reaction, dye migration, heat marks, peeling). It is the customers responsibility to ensure the garment provided is suitable for printing and free of any defects prior to using this service.
ONTHEKORNER.COM operates on a 3% spoliage or misprint per location. This means that we not issue a credit for the first 3% spoilage of customers garments or goods on an order. Customers will not be charged for the misprinted or damaged garment, but if the number of defective shirts is less than 3% of the order, the product will not be replaced. For example, if you order 100 shirts and 3 or less are misprinted, then those shirts will be deducted from your invoice, but will NOT be reprinted. You will not be charged for misprinted garments. If you need an exact amount of shirts please order a few extra shirts when placing your order. To obtain a credit, goods must be returned to ONTHEKORNER. All claims must be made in writing. For spoliage over 3% ONTHEKORNER reserves the right to either credit a customers account or replace the goods at wholesale cost.
ONTHEKORNER is not be responsible for shipper related issues. We ship on behalf of you - our customer. Our standard shipping method is Canada Post, UPS Ground and Fed Ex. If We will provide proof of shipment and once the package leaves the building all responsibility reverts to you and the shipper.
